On Saturday, March 5th 2022, the Honorable Jobeth Coleby-Davis, Minister of Transport and Housing and the Member of Parliament for Elizabeth, announced the launch of the Elizabeth Training Institute (ETI). The ETI is a professional development, educational and technical skills and training initiative for the residents of the Elizabeth Constituency. This program seeks to enhance the knowledge of residents and cultivate their innate skills which will lead to future success in the workforce and in their own development.

The next session of the ETI is scheduled to be held on March 26th, 2022 at 10:00 A.M., at the Doris Johnson Senior High School. This session will be focused on small business development and as such, the Minister has requested the assistance of the Small Business Development Centre to facilitate training under the sub-topics "How to start, fund and grow your small businesses."
